With Windows 10, Microsoft introduced overlay scrollbars in UWP apps, similar to macOS (and GTK I think)

I know Firefox isn't a UWP app, but they provide similar functionality to the macOS scrollbars where they "get out of the way" while they aren't needed (Which IMO blends better with sites that use darker designs, but don't theme the rather bright scrollbar)
