Hi Rares, I am unable to reproduce this issue with the steps you described. I am still able to click on the "Sign up"/"login" buttons with the latest Nightly version. Would you be able to confirm if this is still an issue?

Yes this issue still occurs with devtools.responsive.metaViewport.enabled - true.
The Resized window issue occurs because of Webrender being activated, but this issue still occurs with Webrender OFF.
I have a attached a new file where you can see the behavior a little better.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue with different styled cursors on macOS, but I did experience the cut-off while using iPad in RDM.

I wasn't able to reproduce either the cursor style problem nor the cut-off viewport in the latest nightly 71.
I'm going to mark it as solved for now, please feel free to re-open if it still occurs to you.
