I can reproduce this locally with an Android build running WR-enabled crashtests on my local Pixel 2:

# debug arm android build in mozconfig
./mach build
./mach package
# plug in device for next two steps
./mach gradle installWithGeckoBinariesDebugAndroidTest
./mach crashtest --enable-webrender dom/canvas/crashtests/ # select no when prompted to re-install geckoview test app

Except that it's actually crashing on 1349067.html, which immediately precedes 1348976-1.html.
