156329 - Can't change properties or delete or rename bookmarks

I noticed this with Build 2002070310 yesterday, then checked out 
Build 2002070808 just now to see if the problem still existed.
I am not sure if the problem was already extant in the 26June2002
build - which was the last one I tried before the 3July2002 build.

Reproducible ?  Always.

Steps:  Method 1
1.)  Open Bookmark Manager.
2.)  Right-click on a Bookmark and select one of the following from
the context menu:
   - Properties
   - Rename
   - Delete
3.) Observe that nothing happens.

Steps:  Method 2
1.)  Open Bookmark Manager.
2.)  Select a Bookkmark, then click one of the following on the Bookmark 
Manager Toolbar:
   - Properties
   - Rename
   - Delete
3.) Observe that nothing happens.


Note:  those operations still work when using the SideBar 
rather than Bookmark Manager.

Sigh.  This is what makes Bugzilla so frustrating.   

Before filing this bug, I told Bugzilla to show me all new, unconfirmed, 
unassigned or reopened bugs for Browser ==> Bookmarks  since 25 June 2002.   
It presented me with a list of about 8 items - none of which were relevant to
the bug I filed.

After receiving notice that my bug is a duplicate, I repeated my search
and this time it turned up 132 items.   10 minutes later I repeated the
search again and it turned up "zarro" items.  I just now repeated it
_again_ and this time it turned up 37 items - none of which were 153828.
