browser takes a VERY long time or just will not load
https://www.firstunion.com/FrontLineLogin.html. URL loads very quickly
everytime with Internet Explorer so I dont' think it's a connectivity issue or
an issue with the site. If I stop the load, I can view the source and the page
seems to be there.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to https://www.firstunion.com/FrontLineLogin.html

Actual Results: page wont load or takes forever
Expected Results: load the page
if you stop the page from loading and the hit refresh once or twice, the page
will load
