The URL listed above (and most URLs on the referenced site) are longer than the
screen height, yet vertical scrollbars do not appear until the window is resized.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the above URL (or click other URLs on the site, especially any under
"categories.")
2. Verify that vertical scrollbar does not exist
3. Resize window to see vertical scrollbar.
Expected Results: Any page taller than the viewable window should show vertical
scrollbars on load.

Can you try with a newer build ? I can't reproduce with the July 8th trunk build.

The behavior is the same with build 2002070913 on two different computers, both
running Windows 2000.
Did you try clicking to different pages under the "categories" link? The first
page I visited didn't exhibit the problem, almost all other pages did.

Also verified with build 2002071304 on Linux (Red Hat 7.3)
You must click to a different link under "categories" to reproduce. First page
does not cause problem.
OS: Windows 2000 → All

I could confirm with the Linux build: 2002071304. But works for me on WIN2K and
Build ID: 2002071108

Compusa uses position:absolute. I bet this is a dup of 154230.
