Device:

• Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8);
• Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9).

Build:

• Release 68.0 build 3;
• Beta 68.0b14;
• Nightly 69.0a1 (2019-07-08);

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Fennec and go to Settings -> Mozilla -> About Firefox;
2. Observe the about:firefox page;

Expected result:
The about:firefox page is displayed.

Actual result:
The about:firefox page is zoomed in.

Notes:

• This is not reproducible on Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-07-06).
• This is not reproducible if the about:firefox is typed in the URL bar or opened from the Bookmarks panel.

I can't reproduce this -- tried on a Moto G5 and a Sony Xperia Z4, with the latest Fennec nightly from here:

If someone who can reproduce this could get a regression window, that would be great.

Hi! This is also reproducible on 68.1b2 build 1 with Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8) after changing the language from Fennec's settings.

Hi!
This is not reproducible all the time and mozregression is stopping at the build from 2019-05-17, where this issue is not reproducible. As I mentioned in the Description, this is not reproducible on Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-07-06), so this might have started in Firefox 69.
I will look at this further and come back with a result. Keeping the ni.

I tested this on Prestigio Grace X5 (Android 4.4.2) and I found a regression for this issue:
