Mozilla's find box looks like that:

[_] Match upper/lower case
[_] Wrap around
[_] Search backwards

IE has no wrap around, it always searches that way and I actually always search
that way as well, so I consider it a stupid option that should be enabled by
default. I think most programs wrap around by default, as it makes sense to me.
But even if you don't want to make it default, it's annoying that I always have
to enable it again, so can't this box remember my last setting?

Wrap around definately should be default. Seems silly to have a check box even,
since 'cursor location' on the web page is VERY hard to determine. I click to
focus the page (to scroll with space bar) a lot of times and end up getting no
matches for my search, when there are some at the time.

I'd almost suggest search should start at the top of the page, no matter what.
(Unless doing 'Find Again'). This is likely expected by most users.

Is there a user_pref for this? It seems that for usability sake "Wrap around"
would be the better default, but it does not seem that it warrants space in the
preferences especially if we can do it with a documented user_pref in user.js
Definitely make wrap around the default - it is really annoying when i do a find
for something and it doesnt find it, then i gotta tab down to wrap around and do
the search again. just WRAP! surprised there aren't more complaints about
this... putting my vote in.

can anyone give me a Good Logical argument for NOT having this as the default?
if not, then someone please switch it to be the default.
