From https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1559064#c4 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1559064#c7 --

We now have a basically duplicate field in the intermediate schema records: subjectDN is the binary (encoded) form of subject (which is unencoded), and we should be able to empty out all subject fields.

While we're at it, we could modify attachment.filename to be a short static name like c.pem, too, but probably only for new entries.

The bug assignee didn't login in Bugzilla in the last months and this bug has priority 'P2'.
:keeler, could you have a look please?
