Details
We need to investigate how to mitigate webRTC peer connections as tracking vector.
Probably, we just need to use URL-Classifier in webRTC code, but, this require a bit of investigation.

Can you be more specific about which exact problem this bug is filed for? (There are many different aspects of this problem, for example see bug 1466148, so it would be nice if it's more clear what's the difference for example between these two bugs.)
