User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
Press Control + Shift + C accidentally to copy something as i am on Linux.
Actual results:
Dev-Tools open every 5 seconds, very irritating and requires me to touch the mouse and click it away.
Expected results:
Opt-Out to disable the behaviour, Saka key won't do the trick as opposed in the official doc.

Hi,
This seems to be more of an enhancement than an issue in my opinion.
However, I am assigning a component to this issue in order to involve the development team and get an opinion on this. If is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
Thanks for the report.
