Details

  1. Decide on, and create a data store (dynamodb, aurora, s3, ...)
  2. Build an API endpoint to expose the domain affinities from the above data store
  3. Build an admin tool to edit, create, delete domain affinities in the above data store

If we don't get to (3) we can manually update the data store for a period of time.
If we don't get to this task at all, we can edit the domain affinities in conf/domain_affinities.py.
