From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020701
BuildID: 2002070108
I've had on two occasions an unrequested window will open even though I have the
"Open unrequested windows" unchecked in Preferences. Both times happened when I
visit http://www.weather.com/weather/local/USTN0325. Note that it doesn't
happen everytime! When it happened the first time, I didn't bother to report.
Now that the same has occurred a second time, I think I should report this. It
would appear that sometimes these unrequested windows sneaked through the screen
perhaps.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Like I said it can't be reproduced in a systematic manner. I usually have a
window open for http://www.weather.com/weather/local/USTN0325 and I will
frequently click on Reload to refresh the page. But I've done that many times
and no unrequested windows showed up except on two occasions.
Expected Results: no unrequested windows can open unless in Preferences this
option is checked.

Reloading the page 10 times yielded zero popups total on my build 2002070308.
In the "Advanced -> Scripts & Plugins" section, I have options 1, 2, 3, and 5
unchecked.

WFM build 0000000000 redhat 7.3 2.4.18
It happened again and this time I made sure to capture the link of the
unrequested window. Here it is:

What's up?

it has an image with onload="popunder()"
There's another hidden preference to disable also this kind of popups. See
comments in bug 126224, although I don't have that preference set and I didn't
have a popup. It must have been because I've blocked all the images from
doubleclick and so the onload event doesn't fire.
