This is already using an actor. I don't think the menu can reasonably support frames (that is, it'd be confusing if we mixed styles for different frames in a single menu, and it doesn't seem worth supporting doing separate things on a per-frame basis), so we probably just want to make sure it only runs on toplevel pages and update it to the "new" type of actor, perhaps finding a way to instantiate it lazily.

Tentatively moving all bugs whose summaries mention "Fission" (or other Fission-related keywords) but are not assigned to a Fission Milestone to the "?" triage milestone.
This will generate a lot of bugmail, so you can filter your bugmail for the following UUID and delete them en masse:

If you think fixing the page style menu should block enabling Fission in Nightly (M6 milestone), just let me know.

Clearing Fission Milestone for bugs resolved as duplicates. We don't need to track duplicates.
