I thought you said that bug 1563409 would fix this, but if I misunderstood I can take a look.
This is a failure when chaos mode is enabled, and it resembles some other crashes in the wild we have on file.

Nope, sorry, I meant it would fix the hundreds of crashes I was seeing in my try runs. I can't discount the possibility of it fixing this too, though, since it does fix some nontrivial BrowsingContext inconsistencies.

According to my local testing, bug 1559489 will fix this. The test could be disabled in opt verify builds until that lands if it is an issue.
