Steps to reproduce:

Add calendars from both Google:
https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/ericx@ericx.net/events
and from webcal.fi:
http://www.webcal.fi/cal.php?id=42&format=ics&locationname=Woods+Hole&lat=41.527019500732&lon=-70.666976928711&ss=1&sn=1&eq=1&heli=1&allday=1&wp=1&wf=53&du=mi&color=%23FFD966&cntr=&lang=en&rid=wc

Actual results:

Thereafter, when accepting meeting invitations, only the webcal calendars are offered in the selection dialog box.

Expected results:

Both webcal and caldav calendars should all be presented.

Hi Eric,

Does this also happen if the webcal is read-only?

If I set the email address of the webcal to None, then the Google Calendar appears.
