Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a new Firefox tab
  2. In the address bar, type a search query that ends in the '#' symbol, such as 'HashSet c#'
  3. Hit enter to search (my Firefox was set up to do google search from the address bar).

Actual results:

The resulting page was a google search for 'HashSet c' without the #.

Expected results:

The resulting page should have been a google search for 'HashSet c#' with the #.
