Details

Autograph monitor needs to send email notifications when encountering expiring certificates. This requires an SNS topic to function properly.

Will add this with the Nginx changes for TLS.

AFAIK this was fixed, but we're moving the soft notifications to pagerduty, so we can de-duplicate requests.
