1568170 - File bug functionality breaks on Bugzilla

When clicking on the File bug button from an alert summary (such as this one), Perfherder redirects the sheriff to a Bugzilla URL (example), which contains query params that prefill the form we're about to submit.

It looks like this no longer works, as Bugzilla seems to automatically remove some of these query params & recommends us to use Bugzilla Helper instead.
If Bugzilla recently adopted a new way of submitting prefilled forms then Perfherder will need to integrate it in its flow.

Dave, are my assumptions correct? Would you recommend us another way for filling these bugs?

@igoldan: Which specific params are broken? I can see that comment is not populated, but is there anything else missing?

Other params seem ok. Only the comment one has issues.

We no longer experience this issue, so I guess a Bugzilla fix landed.

Dave, could you link the resolving bug so we can close this?
