Details
As of build 2002071008, it is not possible to re-animate an animated GIF that is not set to loop. Reloading does not re-animate the image, and there is no option to start the image from the beginning. I suggest adding a right-click option that re-animates the GIF, or at least some other method of seeing the animated image again. Sometimes you come across a really cool one (see URL) and you want to see it again.

Just realized shift-reloading does re-animate the image, but it would still be helpful to have a right-click option.

View Image (bug 100909) and Reload should both restart an animation but do not. Several others have asked for a "restart animation" command on the context menu for an image (bug 69405), but I think we already have too many items in the image context menu.
