Two sheriffs (CCed) reported that their Firefox 69.0b6 on Windows 10 somehow got in a state where the tabs have different widths and favicons and texts from adjacent tabs overlap.

In the screenshot the Quantum Lights theme is used, the other sheriff uses the default theme.
