For Skyline we are designing the Send Tab to Device panel. This panel is used in Page Actions and FxA toolbar menu. Please reference this new designs at https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/V6ST9IFJMXP#/screens/372045396_Skyline_FxA_Toolbar.

• Show Sign in to Firefox button

Logged in user but no connected device

• Show Connect another device button
