Hi @inbox.icf, checked the issue on several systems: Windows 10, Mac OS X & Ubuntu 18.04 - also using FF versions: nightly 70.0a1, beta 69.0b8, release 68.0.1
-> on all machines & FF versions the issue can be reproduced.
I will add a component, if isn't the right one please fell free to change it.
Thanks.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Related: This also occurs when "Always use private browsing mode" is left unchecked but the user opens a new private browsing window (Ctrl+Shift+P or File -> New Private Window).
This fix has also been requested by many users and discussed here: https://github.com/mozilla/multi-account-containers/issues/469
