User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

I wanted to create a pdf of the information page on Firefox Monitor.

Actual results:

It's a lengthy article, but as usual, Firefox created a 1-page pdf of the 1st page only. None of the information in the article was in my pdf beyond page 1. I had to open the page in Safari where I was able to get a 15-page complete pdf containing all of the information in the article.

Expected results:

Firefox should have created a pdf or printout that contained all the information contained in the article, but FF's failure to print anything beyond page 1 has been a very long-standing issue with countless websites, including FF's own website articles! Users should not have to open Safari to print out Firefox articles! That does not speak well of Firefox.

Here's the URL in question: https://monitor.firefox.com/security-tips#how-hackers-work1

The site has several nested flex containers -- if I set those to display:block, then we do the right thing (we stop truncating to the first page).

--> duplicate of bug 939897 which I'm hoping to make some progress on in the next few months.
