User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Nothing. Maybe scaling has something to do, wasn't present in previous versions.

Actual results:

URLBAR bottom and right borders are double sized (2px) in comparison with top and left borders (1px).

Expected results:

Uniform border size.

If I enter private mode the URLBAR is ok, 1px every border. Also I reinstalled Firefox and deleted all the settings folders, at first it was ok, then the bug came back. I've tried with all the extensions disabled, it makes no difference.

It seems that the problem is scaling. At 100% scale is ok, at 200% scale is ok, at 150% scale bug occurs. But it doesn't make any sense, on fresh install is ok, and in private navigation is ok at 150% scale. In any case the bug was recently introduced.
