Marcia and Christoph need Bug_!541161 to be searchable so as to help figure out that bug.

It contains a stacktrace, so I think we should have it require pii permissions for now. I think we can set it up to index and query as a string.

This got deployed to prod just now.

If you're just searching for the existence of this field, you can use the "exists" filter and that'll work for all existing data. If you're need to query the field in other ways, it probably won't work crashes collected and processed before August 5th, 2019.
