User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
Just opened Firefox as usual, if there is an update it does so automatically
Actual results:
Once Firefox has updated, if I close it, the shortcut link on my Windows 10 taskbar no longer works and the Firefox icon has disappeared, having been replaced with an icon of a blank page.
Expected results:
Firefox should have updated and the icon and link still work just as before.

Shortcut maintenance including the taskbar shortcuts happens after an update has been successful and is entirely controlled by the installer code using similar / same code that creates shortcuts on install so fixing the component.
