Locally I seem to have testing/web-platform/tests/pointerevents/pointerlock/pointerevent_movementxy_when_locked.html on a m-i clone.
And testing infrastructure runs that file too.
But searchfox doesn't seem to find it.

This isn't just an issue with the search, either. It doesn't show up in the directory listing either:

Not showing up at https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/file/tip/testing/web-platform/tests/pointerevents/pointerlock/ either for me. Are you sure it's not generated locally?
