RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1403085

(Reporter: me, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Be on macOS
  2. Go full screen on a website such as YouTube using the websites controls.

Actual results:

Firefox took up the entire screen, and hides the menubar on other screens, focuses all Firefox windows on other screens.

Unfocusing Firefox on another screen will show the menubar on both screens.

Expected results:

Firefox (like Chrome and Safari) should of used the macOS fullscreen, to prevent these issues from occurring.

There is a work around where you can press the green fullscreen button first, and then request fullscreen.
