1570221 - The user is unable to open the Block Autoplay dropdown from the Site Information panel using the keyboard

Steps :

1. Launch the Firefox browser and reach https://edition.cnn.com/2016/10/10/us/weather-matthew/index.html
2. Open the Site Information Panel and reach the Autoplay setting using the Tab key.
3. Hit the Space bar or the Enter key in order to open the dropdown.

Expected Results :
The autoplay settings dropdown should open when the user hits the Space bar.

Actual Results :
The drop down options do not open when the user hits the Space or Enter bar.

I can reproduce this, though it's still possible to change the values with the arrow keys, so I'd call it a P3.

Apparently this is not a regression?

Hi,
I've tested this using the latest Nightly version 74.0a1 (2020-01-13) (64-bit) for Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS and I’m able to reproduce the issue. Based on this I will mark firefox74 flag as affected.

I've talked to :gijs about this. The proper (platform default) way to open these dropdowns on Windows/Linux is Alt+DownArrow. So we don't need support spacebar/enter here.
