I received a message (from a Outlook client i think).
With the addon "Lookout Fix Version" i read correctly the attachement.
But if i forward the same message to another contact, the attachment in ougoing section become a "Winmali.dat".

Yes, those winmail.dat attachments are not supported in TB at the moment. If the add-on doesn't handle forward, please talk to the very friendly add-on authors. I know them personally, they might improve the add-on.
