We normally only display the hostname of a website in the identity panel header, but for about: pages (since we don't have a host), we seem to be falling back to the full URL. That is normally a harmless edge case but it has a spectacular effect when used with the new about:certificate page.
At the very least we should cut those query parameters for about: pages, and we could also think about hiding the header for privileged chrome UI.
