On about:webrtc, the RTP stats section for a session is always empty. This appears to be a regression introduced in Firefox 68 when the RTP stats types were refactored to match the specifications.

When the RTP stats were refactored to match the specifications, the code that
displays them on about:webrtc was left unchanged. Update that code to reflect
the new stats types.
