User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open YouTube video in any tab (current or other tab doesn't matter)
Actual results:
https://i.imgur.com/zVQyXIX.png
Appears when opening almost any Firefox window (not including the actual 'open new window'). Downloading a file and getting the open/save prompt will be white, history is white, downloads is white, etc. The windows still work and I can click items in them if I make a best guess as to where I'm supposed to click but it's annoying.
This happens with or without extensions and is intermittent. Seems to be more likely to happen the longer Firefox is open.
Expected results:
Windows display their contents.

Hi,
I couldn't reproduce this issue on my machine (Win 10) with Firefox 68.0, fresh profile. I've waited for 3 hours with youtube video playing but no results.
If you still reproduce this problem, can you please retest this using a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8) and safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d). After that please try with hardware acceleration off.
Can you please check in about:support if WebRender is displayed on Composition? I yes, please go to about:config and set the component gfx.webrender.force-disabled = true and try it again.
Thanks for your report!

Due to the lack of information I will close this bug. Please feel free to reopen it if you managed to reproduce it again using the steps provided in Comment 2.

A clean profile did not fix the issue. Additionally I've noticed some rendering errors like the ones here; https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/dhi6kt/why_my_firefox_shows_bunch_of_black_spot_i_have/?st=k1y46kqj&sh=fbd13d81
Disabling hardware acceleration fixed the issue but this is not really a fix.
