1571404 - Self assign/unassign from alert summaries

Basically, mimic Bugzilla's 'Take' button at alert summary level.
Also, an assignee should be able to unassign himself from any alert summary.

I get the following error when building the *.js source code:

ERROR in entrypoint size limit: The following entrypoint(s) combined asset size exceeds the recommended limit (2 MiB). This can impact web performance.

Entrypoints:

  perf (2 MiB)
