In the attachment to follow, the image shows up in the browser but not in print
or print preview. There needs to be a background color on the body, otherwise it
doesn't show up in the browser.
I found this problem while looking at bug 153785. In that bug the image was in a
table that had a background.

This is not a bug. What is happening.. the text is white.. so it needs the
background image turned on to show up. Default is to have backgrounds turned
off, so since the text is white.. it does not show up on paper or the default
white background.
