What did you do?

  1. Logout of MDN Wed Docs
  2. Go to https://beta.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/xxx

What happened?

The header is missing from the 404 error page.

What should have happened?

It probably should have shown the error page with a header, as https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/xxx does.

Is there anything else we should know?

No.
