While reviewing the GPS console today I noticed that it detected a high ANR rate related to Stuck Partial Wake Locks. Petru - Can you take a look when you get a chance?

Indeed there seems to be a big change in 68.

Given that

  • this only seems to affect release but not the other channels
  • the lack of other inferred data available in GPS at this time
  • and the fact that the only place where we acquire such a lock has not been modified in more than 2 years

I'd say for now this is unactionable but definitely something that we should keep an eye on.

Adding a ni so I can follow up on this when we get more data for 68.0.2.

I still see this issue in 68 release, but not yet in 68.0.2.

This issue is no longer visible in the GP data, so I am resolving as WFM.
