https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D36588 (and other phabricator links, it seems more prevalent in larger pages) fail to render text and graphics in the headings of some of the comments. The elements are there, they can be clicked, even selected, but I only get the background.
It appears as though the background is being drawn at a higher z-index than the text and images.
In some cases, I can trigger a strobing effect with the mouse in just the right position. The strobing causes that background to flicker between the higher z-index and a background one. That strobing only persists for ~1 second before stabilizing at the broken state.

on macos I see the "@mt" at the start of this comment as missing (appears if hovered/selected but then disappears again): https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D36588#anchor-inline-241071
but everything else seems pretty stable. hmm.
