1572521 - "Other job actions" button's click target is way shorter than the other buttons on that toolbar

When you select a job so the bottom pane shows up, the job details side of the bottom pane has buttons to view logs, retrigger/cancel the task, and the "..." menu for other job actions.

All of those buttons except for the "..." menu accept your click anywhere in the vertical height of the toolbar the buttons are contained in. The "..." menu is much shorter, though, so you have to be more careful in positioning the cursor over the button to open that menu.

I feel like it should have the same vertical height as the other buttons in the toolbar.
