1572565 - The process name used in telemetry for the sandbox broker process is different than the one declared in GeckoProcessTypes.h

As per title, see here and here. Since the name in GeckoProcessTypes.h was never used the solution is to replace with the one used for recording the crash counts.

Small, simple patch that fixes an issue with sandbox broker process crash counts being stored under the wrong name in telemetry

Uplift blocker for bug 1282776, approved for 68.1esr.
