'Block Audio' should be 'Block Media with Audio' or similar, currently suggests only the audio track will be blocked and the video will play

Bug 1543812 add three options for autoplaying of media:
state.multichoice.autoplayblock = Block Audio
state.multichoice.autoplayblockall = Block Audio and Video
state.multichoice.autoplayallow = Allow Audio and Video
If the media has audio, 'Block Audio' and 'Block Audio and Video' have the same effect. If one has a page with media open and expands the site identity panel from the location bar on the left, one has all three options in a dropdown and 'Block Audio' suggests one can block just the audio track (to me). Would 'Block Media with Audio' be more intuitive?
