STR:
- Right-click a line in the gutter, choose "Add condition"
- Right-click another line in the gutter, choose "Add log"
- The conditional/log panel disappears
- Right-click any line and choose "Add log" -- the panel refuses to display again
I have a quick fix for this (based on Chrome's behavior). If we close the previously opened conditional/log panel immediately on a right click to the gutter, it seems to eliminate all the bugginess. I'll submit a patch for your review.
