1573333 - Consider adding the file path to the context header

Problem: when navigating through results it can be easy to lose which file one is working on, and the URL in the URL bar is normally cut well short.

The context header is a great at what it does. It would be even better if it contained another higher level of context, the file path.

I imagine it appearing when the file path scrolls off the screen.

Here's a prototype that makes the breadcrumbs behave like the other sticky lines.

That prototype looks great and I'm very much agreed this would be a quite useful enhancement, especially for our much deeper android paths that may exceed the width of the address bar.
