RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1467463

People

(Reporter: david.balazic, Assigned: miker)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

  • visit http://forums.mozillazine.org in private browser window
  • open devtools with F12
  • login to the website
  • try to delete shown cookies in the devtools window (Storage/Cookies/website_address)

Actual results:

No matter which menu I use ("Delete this cookie", "Delete all form xxx", "Delete All"*, "Delete all session cookies"), nothing changes in the display. The same cookies with the same values remain.

Clicking a link on the website OTOH shows, that the login cookie is not valid any more, as it shows as if I am not logged in. So this seems to be a display issue in the devtools.

  • what exactly is "Delete All" supposed to do? Delete all cookies shown in the list? All cookies from this website? All cookies stored ever?

Expected results:

Things should work without bugs.

It is the same in nightly, version 70.0a1 (2019-08-13) (64-bit)

This seems to be either a duplicate of bug 1467463 or bug 1559338.
