1573535 - Update about:licenses page

The WS Monitor is using some parsers licensed under MIT.

These are the respective bugs:

• Bug 1566754 - Support for SockJS protocol
• Bug 1566753 - Support for Socket.IO protocol
• Bug 1566756 - Support for MQTT protocol

We need to make the appropriate changes to about:license (something like, adding the MIT license without a date or copyright owner, and specifying that the date and copyrights are in the specific files, then listing the specific files.)

Patch looks good to me! Just one nit. Perhaps component-emitter is better? Similarly, Component Emitter License.

The name of the repo says: Emitter and the description is Event emitter component. so, I would stick with what we have.
