The bottom of the scroll bar is sometime hidden when the page info is shrinked

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open this page "File a Bug"
2.Open Page info
3.OPen the "links" tab
4. Grow the window
5 shrink it (very small, ie 12 lines)

Actual Results:  The bottom of the scroll bar is hidden (no buttons)

Expected Results:  Correct resize

WorksForMe using Mac/2002072203/9.2.2. Jean-Pierre, can you still reproduce this problem 
using a current build?

The limit is around 18 lines, with the classic theme
I have tried modern theme, non change

When this occurs, the help button goes outside the window

ohhh! I know what you're seeing. It happens on any platform, and has been filled
before. The window can only be made so short before the contents nolonger resize
with the window. Personally, I think the Security tab is to blame, but I haven't
had a chance to test that theory.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
