Currently, shift clicking a logpoint or conditional column breakpoint removes it when it should just disable it.

I implemented a solution that allows disabling conditional breakpoint, as shown.
I'd like to create a mochitest for this before submitting a patch.
Allow user to disable column breakpoints with shift-click. Added mochitests to reinforce. r=jlast.
