User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
Tried to install an addon from the store.
Actual results:
Blank page after pressing "add to firefox" button. Addon install was not triggered.
Expected results:
A notification asking whether I want to install the addon.
In order to reproduce this you need these setting in about:config:
• fission.autostart – true
• extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains – empty
• privacy.resistFingerprinting.block_mozAddonManager – true (hidden pref)
I understand that the last two are unsupported and "at your own risk", but I figured you still would probably like to know.
Disabling fission fixes the issue. I checked if addons are at fault – disabling them didn't help. I was able to reproduce this on Windows 10 64bit and Windows 8 32bit.
