Actual Results: Watch error message

Expected Results: Error message as on

Probably error message should give domain name also on ASCII
representation.
Note that this is changed between build ID 2002071104 and
2002071404.

Nope, happens also on Mac OS X. Server says nothing about encoding, neither does
page. It is the ø in the URL that messes up things again (several similar bugs).
